Last name, First name

I have two text fields, one for first name and one for last name.

I want to be able to slide (I can use that feature) to reduce the blank spaces, but I want a comma after the last name as shown in my title:

Example

Strahl, Nathan

How do I do that?

Example

Strahl, Nathan

QUOTE]

field = cFullName = calculation =

Case( Not IsEmpty(FirstName); LastName & ", " & FirstName;

IsEmpty(FirstName); LastName;"")

display the cFullName in layout instead of LastName and FirstName

OR

Insert Merge fields

I.E.

> , >

With sliding option on.

Only problem with this is the comma will show even if FirstName is not present.

field = cFullName = calculation =

Case( Not IsEmpty(FirstName); LastName & ", " & FirstName;

IsEmpty(FirstName); LastName;"")

Or you could write:

LastName & Case(not IsEmpty(FirstName); ", " & FirstName)

;)

:cool:
