Filtering Portals

I have a portal that links to our main DB. It will list all of the jobs in house for a specific customer. It works great. But I want it to only show jobs that have not shipped. I need to "filter" out everything whose status field != shipped. Any ideas how to do this?

Add a text field with global storage to the parent table, maybe call it "gShipped". Then in Browse Mode, populate it with "Shipped". Back in the relationship graph, double-click the relationship that needs this filter, and add another criteria where:

Parent::gShipped = Child::Status
