Changing Runtime Icon...?

I did search for previous threads....

 

I did download a Windows Icon editing program but need

more help on how to open the existing runtime icon and attach

the new edited version.

 

Or do I attach the new icon thru an Installer Program....?

 

Any help is appreciated....

Without knowing which Icon Editor, the File menu usually has an Open, where you can select the extension. With mine, ArtIcons, its Library which will open exe., dlls, etc.
