timo
Hello all, I'm new at this forum and having been fiddling with FM7 for some time. I've got lots of tables and lots of relationships but one major problemo. Tables I have include Customer, Nursing Home, Drug, Doctor, Prescription and classification. I have a Layout that shows the customer, Nursing Home then a portal to show prescriptions, but within that portal I only want to show one of the 3 classifications of prescriptions. Does that make any sense? aNY IDEAS?
Maarten Witberg
Make 'classification' a field in the prescriptions table, then filter by customerID AND classification. kjoe
timo
Thanks Kjoe. I did that and found that I now get the patient's who have prescriptions with the classification I want, but I also get displayed all their other prescriptions (i.e.with any classification). So if the patient does not have a class 1 prescription, they don't show, but if they do have a class 1 prescription, I get that showing plus their class 2 & 3 prescriptions. Should I throw it away and go back to pen & paper ??
Maarten Witberg
see if this sample helps, i'm assuming one prescription can fall into only one class. otherwise post a screenshot of your relationship graph. kjoe
