New data Entry to Add Details

I have a Quote layout that has among other fields, a few basic Looked Up Calculation Fields.

Contact = TEXT

Email Address = Looked up Calc (depending on Contact Result)

Fax Number = Looked up Calc (depending on Contact Result)

Phone Number = Looked up Calc (depending on Contact Result)

Mobile Number = Looked up Calc (depending on Contact Result)

 

This works great, and allow me to manually override any of the Calc fields if required.

 

If a New Contact is entered, the 4 Calc fields have no value as they do not recognise the Contact result and return a blank result as expected.

Is there a way to LEARN and ADD the new Contact details once FIRST entered to the Calc's, to save manually adding them to each Calc ?
