We have both Quicken and QuickBooks and wanted to know if there is any problem importing into them from FileMaker? They are sending them from another office and thought I would ask you guys before I start stumbling around in the dark.

Thanks,

Bill

Hey Bill,

QuickBooks allows three import methods Excel, IIF and Web Connect. The FileMaker part is easy. The QuickBooks part, not so easy. If you are doing you’re own "In House" accounting. You are going to have a lot of trouble getting the line items to import. If you are using QuickBooks to give your accountant on a monthly bases. He should be happy with month end summaries. He doesn't look at your information on an invoice-by-invoice bases anyway, he just wants the totals. Not true of expenses etc, but you get the picture!

I just switched my accountancy to Duee, Dooem and How.
