There is potential for full-time status in the future. Preferred Qualifications: · Min. 2 years of FileMaker Pro versions 5.x-7.x · FileMaker Pro 7 certification a plus · Solid skills in FileMaker Pro scripting and calculations · Robust skills in relational database design and structure · Experience with Windows 2003 Server · In-depth knowledge and experience in SQL · Strong ability to document system architecture and business process flows · Extremely organized, articulate, detail-oriented and comfortable working within a team environment · Windows 2003, SQL Server, ASP, C# and .NET knowledge a plus · Min. 3 years of experience working with accounting systems Duties and Responsibilities: · Lead the migration of system from FileMaker 5.x and 5.5 to 7.x. · This will include concurrently maintaining version 5.5 day-to-day operations, including producing month-end reports while programming, documenting, testing and implementing version 7.0. · Maintain, manage and document FileMaker servers and related software and hardware, FileMaker user accounts and permissions. · Provide support to end-users on version FileMaker 5.5 and 7.0. · Lead in training effort for migration to FileMaker 7.0. · Assist with training documentation. · Provide Web-enabled FileMaker to remote staff. · Responsible for integration of FileMaker 7.0 with online customer resource page.
