It is very urgent for me to get the formula for the averages in the following report: Month: January 2005 Name/Attended Calls/Converted Calls/Other Area John/150/100/45 Peter/180/98/28 Mary/-/-/60 Ben/85/33/12 Averages/138.33/77/36.25 Every figure for each person is the SUMMARY of individual records. aaa Posted April 22, 2005 Share Posted April 22, 2005 Create Summary field for all Attended_Calls, then calculate how many different names you have.
