Ron K
In my solution I create accounts. A generic password is given to the user. The radio button directing the user to change his/her password on next logon is checked. The problem occurs when the user logs on, is presented with the change password dialogue. Fills this in and then after submission gets an error message #18 (which means some user informatin is missing). If the file is closed and then reopened with the newly created password, everything works fine. Anyone else had this problem? And if so, how did you correct it? Andrew6000
i've not had any trouble with the "change password on next login" but i'll try it out again for you. Are you using FM7 v3? PC? Mac?

Ender
You might try upgrading to the 7v3 rev of Server and Client. Those patches were made for a reason: the first couple revs had lots of bugs.
Ron K
Just for closure on this question, I learned this was an error in one of my scripts.
