Kathy Posted February 14, 2005 Share Posted February 14, 2005 Hello. I am not sure about writing this script and am not even sure what I need. I am hoping someone can help. I have two files: contacts and follow up activities. Currently I have scripts in my files that allow me to view a contact and create a follow up for them in the activities file. Once I am in the activities file I then fill in the field information for the type of follow up it is and when it should occur. What I would like to also do is this. If I create a mailing as the follow up, I also want to have a follow up phone call automatically created with a due date of 10 days after the mailing date. I am not sure if this would be some kind of if statement in my current script, or if it would be another script. I appreciate the help.
