Multiple Entry

I have a field that I've created as a pop-up list. Users need to be able to select more than one option from the list. Is there anyway to do this? If I have to change from the pop-up I can do that.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Pressing "shift" while selecting items from the list allow you to have the multiple selection.

However remember that if, after selecting 99 items, the user forget to hold shift key he/she would loose entire previous selection.

So the answer is :

If the number of items in the list is not to high it's better to use check boxes.

You can also create a duplicate layout, that when you click a button, it shows you your value list in check box form.

This helps if the user forgets to hold shift down after selecting a lot of entries as DJ pointed out.
