I need to keep attendance and my idea was to have them log-in which would record that they are there for the day. 2 things...I want their user name to be auto generated by the first 2 letters of last name and first 3 letters of first name. I got the calc to work on this, but it won't show up in the field I tell it to show in. I created this in a separate database to use relationally. Second thing is how do I get so they can log in using that user name and a password i will establish. So that it will give me a record that they are there on each day of the season?
