Relationship with in a Relationship

I have lost my mind for a second. I know there is a way to do this but I have forgot.

Lets say there is a are 3 DB's sitting out on a server somewhere.

DB1 Customer DB

DB2 Customer Specs

DB3 Order System

Both DB1 and DB2 have relationships into DB3 and DB1 and DB2 have a one to one relationship.

DB2 can have many customers and each one of those customers can have as many as 3 different specs.

Now here is the tricky part, is there a way that I can have DB3 show the 3 different specs per customer in it by having a drop down for the 3 different states?
