DomBrown
Hi all, I am a newbie and I am just learning Filemaker 5. I have been given a task of suppying my company DB to a third party, and because of data protection act etc I have to send just the forms/layouts with out data? I have seen that I can save useing the clone function, but I have 50 or so layout forms that all link etc. This would be very confusing. The DB has a main menu form, is it possible to save this DB with all the forms and no data? Any help much appreciated Dom

Robert Schaub
Ok Makes sense You will want to make clones with no records. From there you will have check all your relationships, because when you make a clone or a copy sometimes the relationships are lost.
