when I want to connect or asking for a new password, I have this message:

We're sorry, you are not allowed to proceed

Your request looks suspiciously similar to automated requests from spam posting software or it has been denied by a security policy configured by the website administrator.

I am so sorry for this issue! Please clear your browser cache, close the browser and come back to login. Hopefully this will resolve your issue. For some reason our Security System thinks your IP Address is somewhere other than France.  HTH
