Custom Keyboard Shortcuts on Different Computers (or do we now say Devices?)

My solution was snazzy – till I stuck it on a colleague's computer and tried to use it. All my custom keyboard shortcuts stopped working. Between then and now I realized that while the script is contained within my solution, of course (!) the keyboard command it's stuck to comes from the user's system preferences.

 

Does anyone know an easy way to port the shortcuts with the solution – or at least remind yourself that you have to set them on each and every device? Or some other idea?
