Hi folks. Long time listener, first time caller.

 

I have a simple (small) database that tracks some tax info.

 

Table A has fields for entering tax form information and a portal (linked to table B) for breakdown by state.

 

Table B contains state listings and amounts. It is linked to table A by the payroll company and project fields.

 

On my report layout, the info is sorted by tax form type, payroller, project and then state. I have subsummary fields setup based on those criteria.

 

Everything runs fine except for the subsummary by state, only one record for each project is shown. The report then jumps to the next project and continues. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but can't seem to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ideally, under "Company A" there should be an item for each state/project associated with that company.

(I realize some of the field math is off on this one, ignore that... :) )
