Texting issue

Using send mail to sent text messages, 10 digit phone number followed by carriers @extention. It's been working without problem for 3+ years, now all of a sudden the emails are bounced back "undelivered" from two carriers Metro PCS and T-mobile, all others still work fine. I can send these without problems using my personal email program, but the database keeps getting kicked back
