fm 5.5 web companion and a portal

I've got a portal setup between a couple of fm 5.5 db's and and have a "Specify Button" set to "go to Related record" when someone clicks on a portal row. All is great most of the time. From fm (using the actual app not web), the portal switch to related record works everytime, on the web side it works most of the time but not always.

 

From some records (repeatable) it just goes off somewhere, unrelated It works, it just gives me the wrong results.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

Hmmm..

 

What I would suggest first, is to double check your relationships, and the relationship of every field (Relationship::field) located in the portal.

On web the "go to Related record" cannot work reliably.

 

Use different technique like -Find
