How can I create an <a href> link using MailIt plugin

I'm using MailIt software to send html emails to my customers that includes their tracking number. My problem is that I can't figure out how to make the actual tracking number the link to the USPS. Below is what I have in my Filemaker MailIt script “Set Variables”:

Substitute ( INVOICES::gEmailBodyHTML ;

[ "[TRACKING]" ; INVOICES::USPS_TrackNum ] ;

[ "[TRACKING_LINK]" ; "http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTSInternetWeb/InterLabelInquiry.do?origTrackNum=" & Substitute ( INVOICES::USPS_TrackNum ; " " ; "" ) ] ;

[ "[bILL_TO_NAME]" ; INVOICES::Bill to Full Name ] ;

[ "[sHIP_TO_NAME]" ; INVOICES::Ship to Full Name ] ;

[ "[ORDER_DATE]" ; INVOICES::Order Date ] ;

[ "[iNVOICE_NUMBER]" ; INVOICES::Invoice Number ] ;

[ "[ORDER_NUMBER]" ; INVOICES::Cart Trans ID ] ;

[ "[sERVICE]" ; INVOICES::Ship Via ]

)

The end result looks like this (the part that I'm having problems with, the rest of it is perfect):

Shipped via: USPS Priority

Click on the link below to track your package.

Track #: 9405510200829319304656

http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTSInternetWeb/InterLabelInquiry.do?origTrackNum=9405510200829319304656

What I'm after is...does anyone know how or what do I need to change in the red line of the script so that the actual tracking number points to the URL instead of showing the entire URL?

I'm using Filemaker 11
