I'm new to filemaker and need to publish a database I already have. The one with the trial works but I cant figure out how to add another database to IWP.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Rob

a) You have to have a privilege set with Instant Web Publishing (IWP) enabled, in your other database. (You can enable IWP in more than one privilege set but at least one is necessary)

b) Aside from that, it should be open and hosted the same way the trial file is, and then anyone who has an account that uses the privilege set in which you enabled IWP should be able to get in with a web browser.

How do I enable IWP for that database? The checkmark is not there.

File menu ——> Manage ——> Accounts & Privileges ——> Privilege Set.

Edit a privilege set or create a new one. Go to Extended Privileges. Check the checkbox for enable access via IWP.
