Problems with FileMaker

I am using FileMaker Pro 7: In my database I have several layouts in list view. Some of layouts work just fine. In the others, the data only shows up in the top record of the list. I can browse the records by clicking on the pages or typing in the record number, but the data only shows up in the top record.

I have 311 records in the database. When I print, it will print 10 pages, but the data only shows for the first record on each page. So I have 9 pages with the first record and then 33 blank records. The 10th page has the top record and then 4 blank records.

I don't know it the file is corrupted or there is a way to fix the problem.

I figured out the problem myself.

For some reason the two fields in that layout moved up so they were partly in the header. When I adjusted them down, everything went back to normal.
