Hi Chaps,

I have a field "Invoice date" this will obviously be a date 11/08/2009 this is the format we are using (Day/Month/Year)

I have to add "Airtime" to "Invoice date" but the "Airtime" field is a drop down menu with these details, 1 Year, 3 Year, 5 Year or it could be 12 months, 36 months, 60 months

So what I need to do is add "Airtime" to "Invoice date" to equal a "Contract Expiry Date"

I'm sure you get where I'm coming from but just to make it 100% clear

So if the - Invoice Date = 11/08/2009

Plus it's a 5 year deal so - Airtime = 5 Year

It would then expire - Contract Expiry date = 11/08/2014

I really can't see how to do this! smiley-frown please Help!

Thanks,

Expire Date= Date ( Month(InvoiceDate);Day(InvoiceDate) ;Year(InvoiceDate)+AirTime)

Thanks for that, but that just shows a number in the expiry date smiley-frown I'd got it that far.. LOL

That apart what I don't get is the conversion of the selection of airtime period, IE: 1 year = 12 months or 365 days where / how will that work.

Thanks,

Set the calculation result to be a date, not text or a number.

Many thanks you're a star smiley-smile
