Sending an email confirmation

Hi there,

I am new to this forum and to FileMaker. I like what I've seen so far however, I have been struggling to find out how to edit and send confirmation emails. I checked out the script area where there is not one previously set yet when I click "send confirmation" I get an email in my outbox with a pre-fabbed email. I have looked through the help section but to no avail. I am hoping someone can help me out. I see the script functions and such but why does it have the email that was used for last years conference confirmations..where can I edit it and get it straight. I would GREATLY appreciate any assistance anyone could provide.

In the screen where I have the specific file or entry up..There is a "send confirmation" button, when I click it it puts an email in my outbox to send. When I access that email, it has text already written from when someone sent last years confirmations text enclosed. Does anyone know how to change that? I know the email script but this is apparently not the same. Please, if anyone could help I would be so greatful.
