having problems, pls HELPPP

I’m currently learning how to use FILEMAKER PRO 7

I´m doing a db for a motion picture that has 62 sequences. So I made a record for each of the shots in those sequences, corresponding to different tables with different information, but corresponding to the number of records. My problem started when I wanted to create only one record in a separate table containing the grand total of the equipment that will be used in one sequence.

I want the program to report in a summary that will be printed all the information corresponding to the total of equipment taking only the higher quantity, in all the records corresponding to one sequence.

But I don’t know how this is done. I haven’t fully understood how scripts work, and so I will appreciate any help anyone could offer.
