How do I change the default language in FM?

This feels like asking an obvious question, but anyway...

 

How do I change the default language for fields in FM? It's in English right now, but my databases are all in Portuguese.

 

I've already formated the // shortcut (sorry for not using the correct term) for date, but months keep appearing in English. Filemaker's Help File tells me to look for "Options for Field", but I can't seem to find where that is. Oh Really!

 

Also, do I have to download any language packs?

 

I'm using FM pro advanced 8.5 in an Intel-based iMac.
