Zippscript help

Hi

I need to run a script, when there is no activity, to always ensure the database is sitting in a certain field on the last record. apparently, this can be done with Zippscript. I have put the "zippscript.fmx" in the extensions folder, and enabled the plugin in the prefences, but how do I call up zippscript ?

I am a comlete beginner, and our IS department tell me they are too busy to help me.

any help would be greatly appreciated
