need a script to get rid of double entries...

I've got a field of mailing addresses (like an entire address is in each entry, not just a city or a building number but the whole thing...) and some of them are doubles and I want to weed out the doubles.

 

I'm brand new to filemaker (although I have worked with sql a little before) and after trying to read around for a while I can't figure this out.

 

So, any ideas for a script to maybe select the double entries and export them out? Or just anything to, like highlight them all together somehow?

 

(Eventually I know I'm gonna have to go through and separate all the addresses into building number, city, etc. fields but I was hoping to get the doubles out first...)
