Darby Darrow
I searched but could not find an answer, although it must be a simple answer that is eluding me. I have a layout with a portal. When I use the cursor to click into a field in the portal and enter info, a new record is created in the related table. I can add records all day long by clicking. However if I try to use the tab key to navigate from the last field into a new record it will instead take me to the next field which is out of the portal. Is there a preference that I am missing that will allow me to essentially create new records by tabbing into the next blank field inside the portal? Thanks in advance. Matthew Norwood
Forgive me for an obvious question, but is that "first" portal field in the Tab Order for that layout? This is necessary if you wish to tab into it from the previous portal row.
