Conditional Value Lists to many ??

Is there an maximum on the amount of data.?

 

i made an test version

 

Field 1 : first selection

Field 2 : based on 1st

Field 3 : based on second

 

Works perfect until i add the actual records to be done

It does do the 1st and 2nd field but shows all data in the 3rd field, not the selection based on the 2nd.

 

i allready replaced all ()[]-" etc in the 3rd field (thought problem might be there) but no sigar

Have a look at the relationship graph in the updated file I have attached. Then look at the updated value list definition for the third field.

OK, you have a self relationship from categorie to categorie.

 

You need to make another one from soort to soort (using another table occurrence of the value list table). So you will have two table occurrences connected to the original value list table occurrence.

 

Then the value list called 'geserveerd' uses values from geserveerd based on this new relationship.

 

Make sense? Much easier to see than explain.
