My "Go to related record" script from a portal row is keep going back to related record belong to first portal row. For the go to related record script step to work it needs to know what record in the portal is currently active. Try putting a button in the portal row that uses the go to related record script. This way, when you click on the button whatever portal row the button is in will be active and used for the script. Also, if you do currently have a button in the portal row that runs that script step, make sure the button fits within the borders of the portal row.
