Russian_Laszy
Hey I was wondering does anyone in here know how to make it so that the title header comes up more than once (I know that's not the point of a title header but hear me out). I sort my records by companies and print out an invoice of how much each company is owed by my company. Now each company should get their own header with our company logo, then their company name in big letters and a date period, so that the report can be given to them and it looks nice... does anyone know how to make a title header appear for every instance of a sort? David Head
What you need is a sub-summary when sorted by company. Set the option to start a new page for each break. Then you don't need a header at all as the sub-summary acts as the page header for each page.
Russian_Laszy
Thanks sir, I'll try that. I've got so many questions, I hope you'll be online for another 2 hours or so as I want to upload a company file that I'm working on for you to have a look at. Russian_Laszy
What if I just want the one header for each different company, even if the company is multiple pages... the sub summary won't show up on EVERY page will it? Because that is not what I'm after. Thanks
David Head
The sub-summary will appear at the top of the first page for each company. If a company extends over one page, there will be no "header" on the second and subsequent pages.
