I have two fields:

Expenditure and Price

 

Expenditure = copies made x Price

 

Price = Lookup

 

Looked up value = Equipment ID

 

Equipment ID is a separate FMP file that has two fields:

Equipment ID and Price

 

Essentially what I did was create a billing spread sheet. It worked perfectly, until now.

 

I have a equipment ID whose price changed. When I change the price in my spreadsheet, it changes all past months. I want the past months to stay what they were, but change the price for the coming months.

 

Suggestions? Help?
