I buy and sell land. I am looking for a way to track the property I buy and track who I sell it to since I carry the paper in most cases. New to databases so I have no idea where to start. I have FM Pro 8 on a Mac. Need to track tract number, session, block, purchase price, selling price, payment options, payments, buyers name, address etc.

Anyone with help on this

Filemaker will do all of this for you or to be more precise Filemaker can be made to do all of this for you.

 

Straight out of the box Filemaker does very little. I suggest that you run through the tutorials that came with FM and given an hour or two you will soon be up and running. You can rest assured that someone will help you with the more specific questions that you then come up with

I think this and a couple of other threads like this are spam - the link has a .au tag and the user lists New York, as their location. Whether his user is a spammer or the account got hacked is open right now.

 

Could you or higher admin check the stats on the post(s) and verify?

Yup spam. Links weren't in there before. Looks like the technique is to post message in random thread, then later return to add links.
