law Posted February 6, 2008 Share Posted February 6, 2008 Hello all. I am having a problem sliding with multiple portals in a layout. All my records in the portals are coming from the same linked table. For example, one portal shows 6 records and the second portal shows 3 records. In preview mode, the second portal that has 3 records in it actually shows 6 records (3 blank ones). The second portal doesn't collapse correctly and shows all 6 rows (3 blank ones). Is there a reason why the second portal doesn't collapse properly and shows all the blank rows? Is it because all the records are coming from the same table? Thank you. So what object did you apply the sliding formatting to - the portal or the fields in the portal? Because it should be applied to the portal itself. David Head Posted February 7, 2008 Share Posted February 7, 2008 Hmmm, I don't know why setting sliding on the fields would break it - it doesn't on mine although it is not required.
