What I would like to do is if a client record is retrieved, and it has been 1 year or more since that client has been into the agency, I want a message to appear on the screen that tells the front desk representative to gather more information from the client before he or she is checked out. If it were a scripted Find, far easier. Does it have to be a pop-up dialog? Can it just be a bright red calculated text field that's either there or not there depending on field values? I would prefer for it to actually say something to the user - because the people using the system are not technical at all - they need a message that's easy to see somewhere really obvious and so forth.
