Empty space errors when printing reports

Spaces appear or field data partially obscured in some fields / records printing simple lists and / or more complex layouts sliding up etc.

Generally happens in repeat fields but sometimes in non repeats?

 

Intermittent across layouts but pre4dicatable on some ie the 24th record ijn the list displays correctly in preview, however, data drops and is obscured when printed.

 

Repeat field prints but space appears after 7 repeats or 4 repeats depending on layout.

 

Carefully checked layouts for invisible / hidden objects, text etc, repositioned and respaced fields but no cigar?

Are you using regular fields or merge fields?
