Problem sharing files with filemaker pro advanced 8.5

The FM pro advanced is install in just one CPU DUAL CORE 2 with a RAID 1 composed of 2 HD 500 GBytes (S.O. Vista Premium 32).

There is no FM server install.

As soon as I activate the filemaker share option (Filemaker network), I have an error saying "Another user is sharing filemaker".

I change the name of the database "No differences"

I uninstall the program and clear all the registry informations regarding filemaker. and i re-install it "No differences".

I create a new database "Problem still present"

I disconnect one drive keeping the RAID degraded "Problem still there"

I download the version 9 and try it "Same problem"
