What I'd like to do is make a school grade range in one field provide a different selection of teachers in a pop-up menu. So, if you selected Primary School in the School field, the teacher field would offer a list of Primary school teachers to choose from; if you selected Middle School, the Teacher field would offer a list of Middle School teachers, etc...
