Therese Posted October 23, 2006 Share Posted October 23, 2006 Hello All, I have a calc field that I would like to display the current filename and Layout name. I know this can be done in the layout by typing it directly onto the page, but am trying to short cut it, (and maybe use the field for later calcs). I used the calc Get ( FileName ) &" > " & Get ( LayoutName ) Works great provided I dont want it to change when I change layouts and files etc. !! Have set it to store results. Have tried using a global field. But the contents only change to the correct one when I re-calculate it from Define Fields.
