Missing records when printing a report

I copied the same data base that I used last year.

I deleted all the old information and entered all the new info. I made very few changes and now I have trouble printing reports.

For example: I select records. I can see the records that I selected in the Preview Mode. BUT when I go to print then preview, I only see one record. The other ones are not there. If I print the report, only that record is printed.

How do I get all my records to appear AND print?

You're seeing them in Preview Mode but only the top one prints out?

Check the print dialog — you need to print "Records being browsed" and you're probably printing "Current Record Only".
