Kiosk/Runtime Issue

I have an kiosk runtime made in filemaker. as upon opening it is set to go to a layout that has a of resolution of 1280 x 1024 that fits the screen perfectly.

however i also have a little admin panel on the solution and i want admins to be able to return the application to full screen kiosk mode after they are done.

 

the problem is, i have a script that goes to the kiosk layout and logs in a a guest, but no matter what changes i make to the script i cannot get it to ever return to kiosk mode without scroll bars

 

the issue is one windows and i am running filemaker 8.5

any help will be appreciated, thanks Bobak
