Create Enrolled date and keep it unchanged

Recommended Posts

I have the field named "Register" with 3 values: "New", "Enrolled", and "Repeat" ( "New" is the default value)

I have the field called Enrolled_Date to remeber the date when "Register" field has the value "Enrolled" and value of Enrolled_Date does not change after that.

I use type Caculation for Enrolled_Date ( if (Register="Enrolled";Get(currentDate);1). However, the value of this field changes day by day.

I use type Date for Enrolled_Date, it doesn't work either.

Please advise,

Do you need the default result "1"? If not, then you could use

Case ( Register="Enrolled";Get(currentDate)) in an auto enter date field, with the box "do not replace existing value of field (if any)" checked
