Populating Repeating Fields

Hi Everyone,

 

Could someone please tell me how to populate a repeating field within a calculation?

 

In my situation, I'd like to have a calculation with two repetitions. The calculation would check the date shown in a separate field. If the date comes after 12/31/1999, I'd like the result of the calculation to be "After" in the first repeating location and "All" in the second. If the date comes before, I'd like the result to be "Before" in the first location and "All" in the second.

 

As simple as my question sounds, I've been continuously working on this and just cannot get it right. I'd really appreciate any help I can get.

If the second repetition is to return "All" in both cases, what's the point of a calculation? Why not just type "All" on the layout?
