How to tag multiple checkboxes

Hi all.

 

I am building a catalog, for witch i have a list of items i want to collect. Once i have the item, i tag a checkbox for that record. Since this list consists of thousand of items i would like to, when i do a search for items that i have, tag the checkboxes automatic for all the results.

The solution was:

Replace Field Contents [No dialog; database::databasefield;"value"]
