Real Basic Script Return Values - How?

I have someone who is writing a real basic script that will perform some tasks for us, and we want FMP to expect it to return three values to FMP that we will process into the appropriate fields.

 

I have never executed an external app before, and know I could probably figure that much out, but how do get the three arguements the real basic script returns into the fields I want.
